6. Payment Terms

  • Premium Plan: $15/month or $144/year
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice

6.2 Payment Processing

  • All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record
  • Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, and tax collection
  • By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Paddle's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our Refund Policy

6.3 Automatic Renewal

Premium subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

7. Data Processing and Privacy

  • We process Your Content using Google Gemini API for AI analysis
  • Citation data may be enriched using OpenAlex API
  • Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

11. Termination
